OUR TEAM
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
Allyson
I previously worked as a habilitation worker before working with children in the school system, which led to my employment at WellServe. I enjoy teaching people to be independent rather than being dependent on others.
Collin
I have worked in a variety of roles, including working as a direct support professional, an IHH Care Coordinator, and managing a crisis center and outpatient Mental Health clinic prior to becoming the Director of WellServe. I went to the University of Iowa for my undergrad, and have a Master of Public Administration in Healthcare from Drake. I feel privileged to do the work I do, and enjoy every day of it.
Gabe
I have worked for this company for about seven years. I have been in this field of work well over 15 years. I have two dogs at home that keep me busy.
Lee
I have 15 years of experience in social services in the Des Moines area. I like to help people achieve their goals to live more independently.
Linda
I first became involved with mental health services over 30 years ago while helping a family member. I have been involved with WellServe on and off since 2010 after graduating from Grandview University. I enjoy seeing my clients succeed and living their best lives.
Mike
Growing up with parents with mental health issues, coaching over 60 youth teams, and 15 years of adult softball coaching has trained me to be patient friendly and kind of heart. I receive joy personally by seeing my clients reach their goals.
Nicole
I am a social service professional with over 20 years of experience working in a Mental Health/Substance Abuse call center and with adults with disabilities in community settings. I have served in direct care and administrative capacities. I love working with people and it is my pleasure to help the people in our community to function at their best abilities.
